Valid Goverment Issued ID:  Driver's License, State-issued ID Card, U.S. Passport, Military ID,  Permenant Resident Card (Green Card) [ID must be current, have a photo, signature, and physical description]

Unsigned Document(s): Complete document with no blank spaces that could be filled in later, Do Not Sign the document before your notary  appointment, Bring required  witnesses (if applicable) [Required Witnesses can be supplied for a fee by Notary]

Payment: Remaining fee after deposit (Cash, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, Other form of payment as agreed upon)

Supporting Documentation (if applicable): Documents referenced in paperwork guidelines 

Confirmation: Your document is complete and ready for notarization, You understand the document you're signing, You're signing willingly and not under pressure or cohersion, You have not pre-signed the document(s)
